Our menu is best served buffet style hot off the grill! Serve time is one hour. If you'd like a longer serve time, please make arrangements 48 hours ahead for an addition fee.
Onsite catering requires site inspection.
50 person minimum.
Customers are to provide two six foot tables and tableclothes for the buffet service.
We require two 10x10 area to cook & prep.
Plates, napkins & utensils are not included in the price but we can provide for a reasonable fee.
We arrive 2-3 hours prior to serve time.
Gratuity and service charge will be added to the final quote.
